Application for Prescription

(6) When the medication is completed, the pharmacy will place the medication in the locker.
(7) When both "medication is placed in the locker" and "checkout" are completed, you will receive a locker key with your medication (prescription medication) on the talk screen of the box-ri official LINE account.
8) After downloading and registering the "Locker App", move to the front of the locker and press the "Open Locker" button.
The lock of the locker will be unlocked, and please take out your medication (prescription medication) from inside.

For credit card payment, please make sure that the credit card number is entered in "one-byte alphanumeric characters" before trying to make a payment.

Receipt of Medications (Prescription Drugs)

(1) When the dispensing is completed, the pharmacy will place the finished medication in the locker.
(2) Please complete your checkout from the link to the checkout page sent to the talk screen of the box-ri official LINE account.
(3) When both ① and ② above are completed, you will receive a locker key to your box-ri official LINE account to retrieve the medication you put in ①.
(4) Move to the front of the locker and press "Open Locker" on the locker application to open the locker and receive your medication (prescription medication).

I want to know when I can pick up my medication (prescription drug).

Please inquire directly with the pharmacy at the time of explaining your medication (medication instruction), etc., as it depends on the availability of medication and the use of lockers.

Medications have been placed in your locker.
The bill has been paid.

This application is used to open the locker.

2. Tap "Open Locker App" from the "Order Information" that was sent when the order was placed.

Locker app does not work

If the door does not open when you approach the locker and tap "Open Locker," try the following

1. Check if bluetooth is turned on
2. Confirm that the phone is connected to the Internet
3. Check to see if the locker is not available past the available time.
