How many packages can I ship at one time?

Any number of pieces of luggage may be packed as long as they fit in the lockers. Please note that overpacking may prevent the door from opening.

Can I specify a specific time to pick up my order at the hotel?

Cannot be specified. Deposits received by 2:00 p.m. will be delivered by 5:00 p.m. on the same day.
