KoKoHub" Terms of Use KoKoHub | SPACER

Customers are requested to use "KoKoHub" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Osaka City Rapid Transit Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Services
You may request a delivery service designated by us ("Delivery Service") to deliver your own baggage ("Baggage"), which is deposited in a locker designated by us ("Locker"), to an accommodation facility designated by you ("Delivery Address").
Customers are requested to agree to the following points in advance.
(2) We are not the party to receive a request for delivery of the Baggage, but rather we act as an intermediary for the customer to request delivery of the Baggage to the Delivery Service Provider on behalf of the customer.
All matters relating to the delivery of this baggage shall be resolved between the customer and the delivery company by contacting the delivery company directly.
All matters relating to the receipt of the Baggage at the delivery address (accommodation facility) shall be resolved between the customer and the delivery address (accommodation facility) by contacting the relevant delivery address (accommodation facility) directly.
Terms of Use
If you do not comply with the terms and conditions set forth by the Company, the Delivery Service Provider, and the Delivery Destination (accommodation facility) respectively, you will not be able to use this service.
In order to use this service, a transportation system IC card, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "IC card for locking") that is compatible with the locking and unlocking of this locker and payment is required.
If the IC card used to lock the Locker is lost, etc. (including cases where the Locker is locked with the IC card in the Locker), please contact the Company immediately. If you lose the IC card used to lock the Locker (including the case where you lock the Locker with the IC card in it), please contact us immediately. In order to open the locker, the customer must present identification and provide contact information, and the locker will be opened in the presence of a staff member of the Company's subcontractor (see "Contact Information" below). After the locker is opened, the customer must pay a fee of 5,000 yen (including tax) in cash to the staff of the Company's contractor in exchange for receipt of the baggage. Failure to pay the Lock Opening Fee will result in the loss of the Baggage. If you wish to receive a receipt for the lock-opening fee paid, please contact our consignee directly as they are the issuer of the receipt. Please note that we are unable to issue receipts.
usage rules
Please use the Service in accordance with the guidance on the designated operation screen and the display on the Locker.
Please make sure that your name, telephone number, e-mail address, IC card information for locking IC card, payment method required for payment of usage fees, and other registered information are correct. If any of the registered information is incorrect, you will not be able to use the Service. In such a case, the Company shall not be liable to you in any way for the Service. In addition, the Company will not refund any usage fees that have already been paid under any circumstances.
Receipt of this baggage
The time limit for picking up this baggage at the delivery address (accommodation)
It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up this baggage within the time limit set by the delivery address (accommodation facility).

You agree in advance that when the time limit for receipt has passed, you will be deemed to have relinquished your ownership and other rights to the Baggage, and that the Delivery Service Provider, the Destination (accommodation facility) and the Company may collect and dispose of the Baggage. In this case, you agree in advance that we may charge you for the cost of collecting and disposing of the Baggage, if any.
Prohibitions
Any action that may cause loss or damage to the Locker.
Depositing the following items
IC card for locking
Cash, money certificates, securities, valuables (including keys, wallets, credit cards and other cards, passports and other ID cards, examination certificates, vehicle identification documents, cell phones, smart phones, computers and other terminals, recording media, manuscripts, original drawings, tapes, films, documents and materials, etc.)
Hazardous materials (including explosive, inflammable, inflammable, volatile, or toxic materials) Chemicals, poisonous or deleterious substances, items that emit odors or sounds, items that are perishable, easily damaged, excessively heavy, unclean, items that may damage, contaminate, or otherwise damage or harm other packages, items that do not fit in the locker capacity, or items that may damage, contaminate, or otherwise damage or harm the delivery destination.
Persons, corpses, remains, tablets, altars, animals, insects or other living creatures, or their carcasses
Firearms, swords, letters, items prohibited by law from being possessed, items that may be used in crimes, stolen items, and other items obtained through crimes.
Items that are not suitable for locker storage, delivery, etc. according to socially accepted practices
Items for which the Delivery Service Provider or the Delivery Destination (accommodation facility) prohibits delivery, receipt, etc.
Other items prohibited by the Company from being deposited
Use of the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
(iii) Acts of using the Service by impersonating a third party.
Allowing a third party to use one's own IC card for locking
Violating the terms and conditions set forth in the transaction between the Delivery Service Provider, the Delivery Destination (accommodation facility), etc.
Criminal or offensive acts or acts contrary to laws and regulations, public order and morals, socially accepted ideas, common sense, etc.
Inducing or encouraging any of the aforementioned acts, or any similar act
Suspension of Use, etc.
If we determine that you may be violating these Terms of Use, we may immediately suspend your use of the Service or take any other necessary action.

Temporary suspension or limitation of service provision
The Company may suspend, limit, or terminate the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the customer in the event of any of the following events

When performing maintenance, inspection, repair, renewal, restoration, repair, preservation, etc. of this Locker, systems and other equipment related to this Service, and servers, etc.
In the event of earthquake, lightning, fire, power failure, severe weather, infectious disease, communication failure, accident or other reasons beyond our control
In the event of unauthorized access, attacks, or fraudulent acts by a third party
Other cases in which the Company deems it necessary

9. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Pursuant to Article 548-4 of the Civil Code, the Company may, at its discretion, change the Terms of Use at any time in any of the following cases, by giving prior notice of such change, the content of the revised Terms of Use, and the effective date of such change in the Application or in any other manner the Company deems appropriate. The Company may change the Terms of Use at any time at its discretion.

(1) When the modification of the Terms and Conditions is compatible with the general interests of the Members

(2) When the modification of these Terms and Conditions is not contrary to the purpose of these Terms and Conditions and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the modification, the reasonableness of the content after the modification, and other circumstances pertaining to the modification.

10. Non-guarantee/Indemnification

The Company does not guarantee any of the following items.
No bugs, errors, system failures, or other defects in the operation of this Rocker or systems related to this Service.
(iii) There are no security flaws, computer viruses, unauthorized access, or other damage to systems or other equipment related to this service.
The legality, accuracy, completeness, currentness, usefulness, appropriateness, and other matters of the Service.
That the content of this service meets the customer's quality expectations
The Company shall not be liable for any of the Customer's damages due to any of the following reasons
Matters relating to transactions between the Customer and the Delivery Service Provider, the Delivery Destination (accommodation facility), etc.
Customer's violation of these Terms of Use.
Suspension of Use and Other Measures
Temporary suspension or limitation of provision of all or part of this service
Requested to submit this baggage by an investigative agency, court, or other public agency
(ii) for reasons not attributable to the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence
In the event that the Company is liable to compensate the Customer for damages, the scope of such liability shall be limited to ordinary damages directly and actually incurred by the Customer, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company, and shall be limited to 30,000 yen.
