1 Usage fee
Please confirm the fee displayed on the designated screen at the start of use before using the locker.
Please pay the fee by transportation card, credit card, etc.
2 Available dates and times
Lockers are available only when the facilities in which they are located are open for use. Please check the dates and times that the facilities are available before using the lockers.
3 Usage
Please follow the instructions on the designated screens and locker displays.
4 Period of deposit
(1) Only within 96 hours (4 days) after the locker is locked.
(2) If the period in (1) is exceeded, you will be deemed to have relinquished ownership and all rights to the stored items, and you shall not object to the company unlocking the locker, removing, or disposing of the items. No claims for compensation or damages will be accepted. We are not obligated to store the items after removal.
(3) In the case of (2) above, if the Company retains the removed deposit items, the customer shall pay to the Company by wire transfer a fee of 5,000 yen (including tax) for unlocking the locker, removing the deposit items, and storing the deposit items, in addition to the usage fee for 96 hours (4 days) in exchange for receipt of the deposit items. In order to receive the deposit, the customer must present an ID card and declare the Company's contact information and other items as specified by the Company.
5 Prohibited items
(1) Any action that may cause loss or damage to the Locker.
(2) Depositing the following prohibited items
(1) Transportation system IC cards, etc. used for locking/unlocking lockers and payment
(2) Cash, money certificates, securities, valuables (including keys, wallets, credit cards and other cards, ID cards, cell phones, smart phones, computers and other terminals, recording media, documents and materials, etc.)
(iii) Hazardous materials (including explosives, volatile or toxic materials) (4) Chemicals, items that emit odors or noises, items that are prone to decay or deterioration, items that are easily damaged, excessively heavy items, items that do not fit in the locker capacity, or items that may damage or contaminate the locker
(iv) Persons, corpses, remains, animals, insects, or other living creatures, or their carcasses
(v) Items whose possession is prohibited by law, items that may be used in crimes, stolen items, or other items obtained through crimes.
(6) Items that are not suitable for locker storage according to socially accepted standards
(vii) Other items prohibited by the Company from being deposited
6 Notes.
(1) When using a locker, it is the responsibility of the customer to lock and unlock the locker and to keep the transportation system IC card, credit card, etc. used for payment in his/her possession,
Please do not lose them.
(2) When deemed necessary, Peach may be present at the placing and taking out of the deposited items, and the Customer may not refuse such presence without justifiable reason.
7 Responding to the loss of transportation system IC cards, credit cards, etc.
If a customer loses or locks a locker with a transportation system IC card, credit card, etc. used for locking/unlocking the locker and payment, or locks the locker with the card in it, please contact the Company immediately. To receive the locker, the locker must be unlocked in the presence of a staff member of the Company's subcontractor, and the customer must present identification and provide the Company's contact information and other details. In exchange for receiving the deposited items, the customer shall pay a fee of 5,000 yen (including tax) in cash to the Company's staff for opening the locker.
If you request a receipt, it will be issued in the name of the consignee company.
8 What to do if you leave your baggage in a locker without following the instructions
If you do not follow the instructions and place your baggage in the locker, the locker will be locked to protect your baggage. If you call the call center, verify your identity, and pay the fee shown on the screen, you may remove your baggage.
9 Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for damages or other liabilities for matters arising out of or related to the following events.
(1) Customer's failure to comply with the Terms of Use
(2) Destruction of lockers or other acts by third parties
(3) Requests from investigative authorities, courts, or other public agencies to submit the items on deposit.
(4) Reasons not attributable to the Company
10 Damages
(1) The Customer shall be liable to compensate the Company or any third party for any damage caused.
(2) Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Peach, Peach's liability for damages shall be limited to 30,000 yen.
