1 Usage fee
Please confirm the fee displayed on the designated screen at the start of use before using the locker. Please pay the usage fee using a transportation system IC card, etc.
2Available dates and times
Lockers are available only when the facilities in which they are located are open for use. Please check the dates and times that the facilities are available before using the lockers.
3Usage
Please follow the instructions on the designated screens and locker displays.
4Period of deposit
(1) This period shall be limited to 96 hours (4 days) after the Locker is locked. (2) Upon expiration of the period specified in (1) above, you shall be deemed to have relinquished all ownership and other rights to the Deposited Items, and you shall not object to us unlocking your Locker, removing and disposing of the Deposited Items, and shall not make any claim for damages or other compensation against us. The Company does not promise to store the deposited items after removal. (3) In the case of (2) above, if the Company retains the removed item(s), the Customer shall pay to the Company by wire transfer a fee of 5,000 yen (including tax) for unlocking the locker, removing and storing the item(s) in addition to the usage fee for the 96 hours (4 days) in exchange for the receipt of the item(s). In order to receive the deposit, the customer must present an ID card and declare the Company's contact information and other items as specified by the Company.
5 Prohibited items
(2) Depositing any of the following prohibited items: (1) Transportation IC cards, etc. used to lock/unlock lockers and for payment (2) Cash, money certificates, securities, valuables (including keys, wallets, credit cards, etc., ID cards, cell phones, smart phones, personal computers and other terminals, recording media, documents and materials, etc.) (ii) Cash, money certificates, securities, valuables (including keys, wallets, credit cards, ID cards, mobile phones, smart phones, PCs and other terminals, recording media, documents and materials, etc.) Hazardous materials (including explosives, volatile or toxic materials) (iv) Any person, corpse, remains, animal, insect, or other living thing, or their carcass (v) Any object whose possession is prohibited by law, any object that may be used in a crime, stolen property, or any other object that may be used in a crime, stolen property, or any other object that may be used in a crime. (5) Items whose possession is prohibited by law, items that may be used in a crime, stolen items, or items obtained from a crime (6) Items that are not suitable for storage in a locker from a socially accepted standpoint (7) Other items that the Company prohibits from being deposited
6 Notes.
(1) When using a locker, the customer is responsible for locking and unlocking the locker and for keeping the transportation system IC card, etc. used for payment in his/her possession, and must never lose it. (2) When deemed necessary, Peach may attend to the loading and unloading of items deposited, and a Passenger may not refuse such attendance without justifiable reason.
7Actions to be taken in the event of loss of transportation system IC cards, etc.
If a customer loses the transportation system IC card or other device used to lock/unlock the locker or to make a payment, or if the customer locks the locker with the card in it, the customer must contact the Company immediately. To receive the locker, the locker must be unlocked in the presence of a staff member of the Company's subcontractor, who must present an identification card and provide the Company's contact information. In exchange for receipt of the deposited items, the customer shall pay a fee of 5,000 yen (including tax) in cash to the Company's staff for opening the locker. If a receipt is requested, it will be issued in the name of the company to which we have entrusted the service.
8 Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for damages or any other liability arising from or related to any of the following events. (1) Customer's failure to comply with the Terms of Service (2) Destruction of lockers or other acts by a third party (3) Request by an investigative agency, court or other public agency to submit the deposited items (4) Reasons not attributable to the Company
9 Damages
(1) The Customer shall be liable to compensate the Company or a third party for any damage caused. (2) Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Peach, the amount of damages for which Peach shall be liable to the Customer shall be limited to 30,000 yen.
