SPACER Locker Terms of Use (Traffic IC compatible lockers)

1 Usage Fees

Please confirm the fee displayed on the designated screen at the start of use before using the locker.

Please pay the fee using a transportation IC card, etc.

2 Available Times

Lockers are only available during the hours the facility in which they are installed is open.

Lockers are available only when the facilities in which they are located are open for use. Please check the dates and times that the facilities are available before using the lockers.

3 usage rules

Please follow the instructions on the designated screens and locker displays.

4 Storage Period

(1) Only within 96 hours (4 days) after the locker is locked.

(2) If the period in (1) is exceeded, you will be deemed to have relinquished ownership and all rights to the stored items, and you shall not object to the company unlocking the locker, removing, or disposing of the items. No claims for compensation or damages will be accepted. We are not obligated to store the items after removal.

(3) In the case of (2) above, if the Company retains the removed deposit items, the customer shall pay to the Company by wire transfer a fee of 5,000 yen (including tax) for unlocking the locker, removing the deposit items, and storing the deposit items, in addition to the usage fee for 96 hours (4 days) in exchange for receipt of the deposit items. In order to receive the deposit, the customer must present an ID card and declare the Company's contact information and other items as specified by the Company.

5 Prohibited Items

(1) Any action that may cause loss or damage to the Locker.

(2) Prohibited items

  • IC cards used for locking/unlocking/payment
  • Cash, gift certificates, securities, valuables (keys, wallets, cards, IDs, phones, data devices, documents)
  • Hazardous materials (explosives, poisons), smelly/noisy/perishable/breakable/heavy/oversized/dirty items
  • Living or dead
  • Illegal or potentially criminal items
  • Items unsuitable for locker
  • Any other items prohibited by the company

6 Precautions

(1) Manage your IC card carefully and do not lose

(2) The company may attend during item placement/removal when deemed necessary.

7 If IC Card is Lost

If your card is lost or locked inside, contact us immediately.

Pickup requires our staff’s presence, ID check, and contact info.

8 What to do if baggage is left without following the instructions

If you do not follow the instructions and place your luggage in a locker, we will lock it for your protection.

We will accept the return of luggage upon verification of identity and payment of the usage fee.

9 Disclaimer

  • If the customer violates the Terms of Use
  • Destruction or other acts by a third party
  • Submission at the request of investigative agencies, courts, etc.
  • Reasons not attributable to the Company

10 Damages

(1) If the customer causes damage to the Company or a third party, the customer shall be liable for compensation for such damage.

(2) Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, our liability shall be limited to 30,000 yen.
